I had an exceptionally difficult set of properties to sell. They were multifamily properties in a rough part of town with terrible, abusive tenants in the middle of a pandemic. Rochelle was amazing. She handled everything from start to finish, including the terrible tenants. She got me the sale price I wanted and took care of everything so I could be free to concentrate on the next stage of my life. She sold four apartment buildings for me and found two new single-family homes that were exactly what I was looking for. She is a tireless worker and a consummate professional.
